Christine Soriano LCSW PMH-C
Helping you find resilience in your mental health journey
We grow out of adversity.
Living Mindfully Therapy is the place to help you make sense of what you are dealing with and find a path forward that feels meaningful to you. Working with Living Mindfully will give you practical tools to aide in your growth, meet you with compassion for your moment of suffering and teach you how to relate to your thoughts and emotions in a way that doesn't allow them to overwhelm your existence.
Christine is a graduate of University of Scranton who went on to receive my Masters in Social Work from New York University (2008). After graduate school, she worked as a mental health clinician and then in non profit leadership for 10 years before moving into her own private practice in 2018 when she opened Living Mindfully. In private practice, she has worked with persons from every walk of life in their journey towards wellness. In sessions, Christine is warm, empathic, interactive and sometimes even a bit funny.
Christine is certified by Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mental Health. She saw the need within the mental health community for clinicians experienced in the emotional complexities that come along with the journey to parenthood and she feels a true passion in meeting this need.
Christine prides herself on providing a judgement free zone where clients are welcome to explore the inner workings of their mind and collaborate towards finding relief. Christine wants clients to walk away from sessions with practical tools and an understanding of themselves that will serve them in their growth.
